Rules of Casino Craps
If you want to know about the Basic bets made in a craps game and when and how the bet is made, then read below:
A fresh game starts with "come out roll". A come out roll means the 1st roll of the game. Before the roll, one has to decide whether to bet for or against the dice.
If you plan to bet with dice, then it means that you are expecting the roll to show seven or and eleven. It even means that if a point establishes on a come out roll, then before rolling the number seven, the shooter has to roll the same point no. again.
If your bet is against the dice, the come out should produce either a 2 or a 3. The number twelve in a come out is called a push.
If the point establishes in a come out roll, then before rolling the number point you would wish that a shooter rolls a seven.
Before a come out, and on the beginning of the fresh game, you can bet with a dice by Pass line, or if you bet against it, then you are making a bet of don't pass.
A come out can produce any of the three possibilities:
- The game ends instantly if the number appears to be 12, 11, 7, 3, or a 2.
- If before rolling the number seven, the shooter establishes on a point, then the game instantly ends if the shooter gets the number point again.
- If the shooter lands on a point, and if it rolls a seven before rolling a point number, then the game ends.
If your bet is on a pass line, you win instantly if a come out totals a seven or an eleven. You also, lose instantly if a come out roll totals a two, three or a twelve. Naturally, do not pass bet is exactly the opposite of a pass bet.
If your come out roll totals a two or a three, you win immediately if your bet is on doing pass. If come out roll totals a seven or an eleven, then you lose immediately.
Disregarding whether your bet is pass line or do not pass bet, if a shooter rolls to a come out of 10,9,8,6,5, or 4 then there is continuation of the game until the point number is rolled again or on seven.
All the other numbers are useless for the game. There can be even money bets in pass line bets and don't pass. The amount on which you make a bet is what you win.
For instance, if you bet on 10$ and if you win you get 10$. These bets are also called self service bets. Before come-out roll as well as the beginning of a fresh game, you have to place the chips yourself directly on the table so that the dealer gets to know that it is your bet.
